• Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Re-shipping costs if an address error was provided by the customer

2. Returns & Exchanges

Because incense is a consumable and hygiene-sensitive product, all sales are final.

2.1 Exceptions

We will offer a replacement or refund only if:
• You received the wrong item, or
• Your incense arrived damaged during shipping

Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Please contact us with:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

• Opened or used incense
• Scent preference or sensitivity
• Minor variations in color, shape, or scent

If tracking shows “delivered”:
• Please check with household members or neighbors
